Chalet Tirol is just 20 minutes outside San José, on the slopes of Barva Volcano and the hills of the Braulio Carrillo National Park, in the province of Heredia.

Approximately 30 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport. Hotel Tyrol is a small place and only in the mountains of Heredia. The first stage of the beautiful hotel consists of 10 huts built of wood, painted and decorated personally by Ms. Battle, the wife of the owner. Later, Tyrol developed a second phase consisting of 14 rooms, those with fire. Thus, the host offers two completely different styles in the same place cozy. Those interested in nature, reading, classical music and jazz intensely enjoy Chalet Tirol.
